INGREDIENTS
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Provence herbs
8 potatoes
8 cl of water
1 shallot
400g smoked sausage

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Onion Shallot Garlic Sausage
Chop the onion and the shallot. Finely chop the two cloves of garlic. Cut the sausage into small slices.
STEP 2
Olive oil Sausage Provence herbs
Fry everything in a sauté pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Salt (not too much, the sausage is smoked), pepper and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. To book.
STEP 3
Potato
Cut the peeled and washed potatoes into cubes. Fry them in the fryer for a few minutes until they are just golden.
STEP 4
Water
Mix them with the previous preparation and simmer for 15 minutes with half a glass of water.
STEP 5
It’s ready !
