°Lasagna Pasta 500gm

°1 onion

°100gm grated cheese

°400 grams minced meat

°Provence herbs

°Tomato pulp and tomato puree

°°olive oil

°1clove minced garlic

°30 grams butter

°1 tbsp.  1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour

°1/2 liter milk

In  olive oil, saute garlic & onion. We add minced meat

Add tomato pulp and Herbes de Provence tomato paste. Fry on low heat

Make the bechamel: Melt the butter and add the cornstarch or flour, then gently the milk. My heart until the mixture thickens

In a buttered dish, put a layer of dough, cover with meat in sauce, then béchamel and finally Gruyère
